Villa Filipa - Cavtat

Fantastic apartment, has everything you need, located just off restaurants, bars and swimming spots and cafes, bars and restaurants and the grounds of the accommodation. The venue is good, near everything.

The room looked just like the pictures and had a fantastic location in the old town, which I really enjoyed, and the host was always available.

It has everything you need, immaculate room with a great view. Incredible location for the restaurants and bars you can find close to the place. Amicable staff ensured a fairly nice stay in a perfect location and apartment.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location was great, just steps away from restaurants and the water. It was also conveniently close to the airport, which was a big plus. the owner was friendly and welcoming, offering homemade treats and creating a cozy atmosphere. the self-contained apartment had good facilities and a beautiful view, with daily fresh towels provided. the well-maintained buildings and gardens added to the overall charm.

The air conditioning was not cool enough, which made the room uncomfortable during hot evenings. Some protection against mosquitoes in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

It had an excellent and incredible setting close enough to all the bars, beach, restaurants, shops, and main restaurants and shopping areas. Plus it was located in the heart of town. We loved the host. We could enjoy views of bay and lovely garden.

Would have preferred if the bedding was changed during our stay. Would also be better if the towels and toiletries were replaced more frequently.

Stayed at a great host in a wonderful locality! Only 2 minutes walk to the first available beach and many more to choose from along the Cavtat shoreline. Miro, our host, was extremely friendly and always available for advice. The apartment was spotlessly clean with no complaints whatsoever. The close proximity to the airport and the occasional noise from airplanes was not an issue for us.

The view of the sea from the room was amazing and we had a great evening at Supetar Restaurant which is right in front of the place. The room also had some nice features like a flat-screen TV and a fridge.

Lovely location, yards from beach, restaurants, and bars. Clean and well-maintained. Super garden/terrace for children. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean towels daily. Cute drink and homemade wine. Great breakfast room.

Gorgeous villa with beautiful gardens and a perfect location near the harbour. Miro, the host, made us feel at home and provided homemade wine and orange liqueur. We enjoyed eating in the garden and the facilities were modern and comfortable.

The personal relations with the owner were excellent; he was extremely helpful and provided valuable information for exploring the area. The house, garden, and location were top-notch. The room was immaculate, with all necessary modern amenities. The hotel was well-maintained and exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the barrier. Impressive upkeep throughout.

Another advantage was the affordability - the cost of staying at this hotel was very reasonable. it was a pleasant experience.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms, which sometimes disturbed my sleep.
